The Greenie League Classic is a six-team pool play tournament, for players currently registered in the Greenie League Big Fry division. Teams will consist of 10 players participating in five-days of play held July 6-10 at Elm Street Park. Player assessments will take place Friday, June 16 at Boyd Lee Park and teams will practice until the start of the tournament. Registration is limited to the first 60 participants and will open May 30, 2023 and close June 13, 2023 or when the program is full. Registration will only be accepted in-person at H. Boyd Lee Park or online for current Big Fry players. We look forward to offering this great opportunity to our Big Fry players! Participants will be given the opportunity to play 5 games at Elm Street Park. They will receive a team jersey and have their headshot displayed on the video board during each at bat. Running Skills 101 at South Greenville Recreation Center Ages: 6–14 This track program aims to teach the fundamentals of running. Pickleball Open Play All AgesPickleball is a fun racquet sport that combines elements of badminton, tennis, and table tennis. The sport is played on a court with the same dimensions as a doubles badminton court. The net is similar to tennis net. The game is played with an oversized like table tennis hard paddle and a smaller version of a wiffleball. This basketball camp is designed to teach and demonstrate proper fundamental basketball techniques. Participants will also have the opportunity to display their talents in the “Are You Jr.NBA Ready? Showcase, June 6th.
Baseball skills taught in a fun non-competitive environment for players who will be playing the Greenie League Baseball Small Fry and Big Fry Divisions in the spring. Informal games will be played Sunday afternoons.

In this 5 week program, participants will work on fundamental basketball skills to prepare for the upcoming basketball season. Skill development will be the focus as the instructors will look to improve participants shooting, ball handling, passing, defense, and overall basketball IQ. Registration will open on August 1.
